David Benassi, Milano-Bicocca Üniversitesi’nde (İtalya) profesördür; Sosyal Politikalar Planlama Konusunda Master Direktör olarak görev yapmaktadır. Araştırmadaki ana ilgi alanları, yoksulluk ve eşitsizlik, sosyal politikalar (yoksulluk karşıtı politikalara özel bir odaklanma ile), sosyal işlemlerin makro / mikro diyalektiği ile ilgilidir.

David Benassi is Professor at the University of Milano-Bicocca (Italy), where he is Director of the master in Planning of social policies. His main interests of research concern poverty and inequality, social policies (with a special focus on anti-poverty schemes), the macro/micro dialectic of social processes.
